In this article we are going to show you how to print multiple slides on one page in PowerPoint. This is a small but useful tip that can enable you to use PowerPoint more creatively in the future.
1. Open your presentation in PowerPoint and select print.
2. Under Settings open the dropdown where it says Full Page Slides. From this drop down you can select the desired style. This option enables you to use PowerPoint for multiple purposes such as teachers creating quizzes by e.i. selecting the 3 slides per page with space for notes on the side.
3. Once you have selected your layout, print the document. And yes, you can save this layout as a PDF as well by selecting the Adobe PDF option under the Printer options (view preview picture). To save it just click Print as usual.
